Paul Attoe is drinking an American Wheat Ale by L.A.C. Brewing at Untappd at Home
The latest release from LAC Brewing. A bit of a mistake, read the description for more details. Really happy with how this turned out. Sweet and creamy with a little bit of citrus. Nice finish. Great summer beer. Stop over and have a glass ππ

As the description says, this is L.A.C. Brewing's submission for Janesville's Flannel Fest 2022. Like to serve this beer at 50 to 55Β°. Anything colder, it comes off bitter on the front end. Sweet with some toffee flavor. Drinks nice for 2 months aged.
Emily Knoerr: I canβt wait to try it!!
Paul Attoe: Emily K. less than 5 days!! See you there ππ

Making check-in 999 special. It's my latest homebrews, Belgian Strong Golden Ale. Tapped because I have family in town tomorrow for son's 16th birthday and daughters confirmation. Slightly sweet, little spicy, Belgiany dry finish. Really like it. Cheers!

Tame, relaxed, and reined-in considering the ABV and the freshness. Great coffee, oats play a big part throughout. Nice job Paul!

Check in #900 on one of my own homebrews π. Delicious Imperial Brown. Great mouth feel. Nice chocolate and coffee flavors off the back end. Very Tasty. Having a little trouble getting carbonation (force carbonating), that is still a work in progressπ

Nice, simple amber that doesn't lean heavily on its malt blend to find its personality. Good hopping on this one, Paul. Good sign when you get Mason to sign off on your amber π₯³
Paul Attoe: Wooohooo....I have arrived. Thanks Buddy.

Bready blonde grilling companion to cap off a LLLLLLOOOOONGGGG day. From just down the road, too. Cheers to that!

Our first Amber ale Homebrew... For a simple mash bill, it's got some pretty good flavors. Surprised with the amount of finishing bitterness with only one ounce of Chinook hops. Took it to a Fourth of July outing and got a lot of compliments.

The latest LAC Homebrew. A nice 'lawn mower beer' for summer. The beer with the US05 yeast has a more bready nose and taste. Glad I saved the extra wort and bought more yeast. Very happy how it turned out. I think people will like it...I do πππ

The latest LAC Homebrew. A nice 'lawn mower beer' for summer. The beer with the kolsch yeast has a more citrusy nose and taste. Very similar to Leinenkugel's Canoe Paddler. Very happy how it turned out. I think people will like it...I do πππ

Delicious warmer. Molasses & oak for sure lead the way but I also feel like there's some spice to this. Maybe it was the barrel? A great banana bread kinda thing going on here. Beautiful head, retention, & lacing, too. 2nd place was too small a prize!
Paul Attoe: Thanks man. No spices, must be from the oak... There was definitely molasses, bourbon, and oak in it.
Paul Attoe: Next time I make it, hopefully about 3% more alcohol.
Mason Lyttle: You've got a fan here either way!

You had me at oats. Smooth, sweet ~imperial brown. The coffee coats the mouth like a strong black cup of French press. Well friggin done, Paul!!
Earned the Home Brewed Goodness badge!Paul Attoe: Thanks buddy. I think this one gets better with the more sips you take. Gets almost creamy and chocolatey. Favorite beer we have brewed.

Our 2nd entry in Janesville 2020 Flannel Fest. Didn't win, but I liked this one better. Coffee, creamy, chocolatey, and a pretty good ABV.

Pretty proud of how this one turned out. 2nd Place in the 'Malty Log' beers at Janesville's 2020 Flannel Fest. We will make it again.

2022 Flannel Fest Homebrew. Had one lonely bottle sitting in the fridge or 593 days (One year, 7 months, and 16 days). Talk about a completely different beer....WOW! Absolutely smooth, no bitter bite, and the black treacle syrup really stands out.
