Erän viimeinen pullo on aina paras. Niin myös tässä tapauksessa tämän 2,5 vuotta vanhan hapanoluen kohdalla. Näinkin matala-alkoholiseksi on kestänyt aikaa käsittämättömän hyvin. Maku on pyöristynyt sellaiseksi happaman makeaksi karviaiskarkiksi.

Ei enää 1,5 vuoden iässä niin hyvää kuin tuoreempana. On jatkanut jossain vaiheessa käymistä pullossa ja kehittänyt itseään kuivemmaksi ja kuplaisemmaksi. Ei tämä huono ole vieläkään vaan ei toinna enää säästellä viimeistä pulloa.
