B1 (14% abv): With Orange Blossom Honey then aged on French Oak & three different vanilla varieties: Tahitian, Madagascar, and Ugandan vanilla beans.

B2 (12% abv): With Christmas Berry Honey from Hawaii. Hit with French Oak in primary & secondary then aged on Madagascar Vanilla Beans.

Batch 3 (14% abv): With Avocado, Mesquite, & Lemon Blossom Honey then backsweetened slightly with Meadowfoam & Blueberry Blossom Honey. Aged in a Bourbon Barrel and hit with a massive amount of Ecuadorian & Indonesian vanilla beans. Read Less

Made in honor of our first kiddo. Each year we'll combine berries, honey varietals, wine grapes, vanilla, & oak!

B1-2022: Semi-Sweet & 14.5% abv - 64 bottles
Honeyberries & Petite Sirah Grapes, fermented with our favorite white clover honey from Nebraska. It was aged in a used American Oak Barrel for 3 months before being aged another 2 months on Amburana Oak. It saw a very light addition of Ecuadorian Vanilla to help round it out.

B2-2023: Sweet & 13.5% abv - 117 bottles
Marionberries & Cab Sauv Grapes were fermented with Indiana Goldenrod Honey and aged on French Oak. Backsweetened with Macadamia & Meadowfoam Blossom Honey. Split batches saw Ugandan vs Madagascar Vanilla.

B3-2024: Semi-Sweet & 13%
Pinot Noir grapes & Black Currants were fermented with Knotwood Honey. It was then aged inside of a used Rye American Oak Barrel that previously held a Bochet before seeing Comoros Vanilla Beans. Read Less
