This is the 5th batch of this - it’s basically the house beer now. Tastes great and goes down easy.

Second iteration - still good. The special B malt gives a warming Sherry flavour.

Good but less fruity and more piney than I expected / wanted.

Still conditioning - needs to clear a bit more and mellow out. But might be a decent beer in a couple of weeks.

Version 2 - still good, this brew has a lot more body (Mash pH issue) but still fast and quite clean.

Nitro brings the best of this beer. Like a Guinness but more coffee. Sessionable.

Really drinkable - not too bitter or astringent a real quaffing stout.

This came out really good - really clean and subtle dark flavours. Very happy with this.

Very aromatic, huge fruit then a great wallop of bitterness at both front and back of mouth. Cuts through a supermarket curry beautifully.

Smells amazing - the bitterness from the grapefruit pith lingers quite a bit and it’s not as bright as I’d like. Caramel comes through.
