8 months in the bottle and this is settling in nicely. Rich and roasty cocoa, some serious maple syrup sweetness and complex dried fruit toffee. Only knock is the lack of bourbon 🤔. Maybe some Heaven Hill for the next batch.

Fantastic. Oaky, smooth and toasty. Cocoa forward and strong body with a light mouthfeel. lingering toased toffy

Bittersweet chocolate, toffee, with slight plumb and raisin. Sweet with a cocoa finish and some pleasent roasty malt

El Dorado is prominent with some pine resin in the nose. After 26 days in the bottle this is still nicely balanced. Some low malt oxidation is starting.

Mild, juicy fruit upfront. Strong mosaic Dry hopping. Almost English pale finish

Woah coffee and milk chocolate nose! Very pleasent mild brown ale base. Coffee bean acidity lingers but complimented by the warrior and williamette. Smooth, very tasty.
