Forgot I still had some bottles left…. Carbonation is perfect now and it tastes proper refined 👌🏻 Ready to tackle another one now when I can…. 🍻

First in a new series. First off the new brew kit. First in minikegs. Won’t rate until it’s more in its prime, but it’s tasting good atm, just needs more carb….

It has finally carbed to a point of proper drinkability, and this is exactly what I’ve been aiming to brew ever since I started homebrewing Now, can I re-brew it the same again is the question!?

First homebrew from the new fermenter. Won’t rate until properly carbed (this is the test/sample bottle) - citrus & fruity flavours, lovely orangey yellow colour, exactly what I was aiming for really!!

Batch 2, big bottle (660ml, 10/10) - again, better than it originally was this one, batch 1 was the saviour. Nice and yellow, still nice and hoppy!! 🥰😍

Another batch 2 bottle. Head retention still not great, but at least batch 2 has gone up in my estimation since that first bottle I had originally… 😅🙌🏻

A batch 2 version of this. Batch 2 was the worst batch last time I tried, but this seems to have recovered somehow/is much more bearable. Still not as spectacular as batch 1 was, but that’s good at least!

As if my Baba is one year old already!? 😅 It’s been a fantastic birthday weekend for us all. Was worried opening this one as it’s been bottled a while now, but it’s bloody great!! Maybe the best one I’ve brewed so far… 🥰

Thought the hop burn would have died down a little by now, but it’s still prominent, especially towards the bottom of the bottle… not as yellow as it was, but also not too brown. Head retention is still lacking. Gonna work on version two a lot…

Slight oxidised, which is a shame as it would have been up there otherwise. Still a solid brew
