Jean-Jules Cheminée is drinking a Mosaic Wild Ale 2022 by Humebrew Brewing Company at Cantelowes Skatepark
Dark orange, cloudy, short head. Nose is a big punch of herbal and floral mosaic. Super dank, musty, earthy. Great warming funk. Taste is tart, astringent, dank and very fruity. A lot of orange skins. Good body, herbal bitterness. A pleasure to drink!

Jean-Jules Cheminée: There's some elderflower in the base Saison which may explain part of the floral and herbal notes. Anyway, it's rare to get such bright and intense hops, Tart Brett IPA is a great style.
