The wheat base supports a significant sting from the habenero. Initial impression is mild, but it stacks and it stays. Aside from the pepper, a soft mild mannered wheat. I probably would not bother with it without the pepper.

A good American tripel that parades pomme fruit, pushes down banana, leaves the clove intact and interpolates notes of grains of paradise and coriander. A set bready base lifts all that up, and stays fairly light for its hefty ABV. Well done.
