Bittersweet to drink this. Only have a few more left from Honest Weight. I so miss this place and their beer. This is such a drinkable flavorful IPA. I hope some new brewery takes up their mantle of making different super high quality interesting beers.

An earthy beer. Semisour. What a strange mix of flavors and a deceptive parfum. The smell and the taste are quite different. But it's a phenomenal beer, worth the hype. I paired it with some Moules Marinères. To me, it tastes like cidre. Not cider. Cidre.
