Brewed with our friends at Behemoth, Hop Kong is an extravagantly juicy session NEIPA. The Behemoth crew smuggled over super fresh hops from New Zealand to add to the mammoth dry hop of 15g/L.

Motueka, Citra and Mosaic combine to create a seriously intense aroma. Gently roll the can before opening, store cold and drink fresh to ensure maximum juiciness.

Originally brewed in Hong Kong, then brewed in New Zealand, this beer received a lot of love across Asia and Oceania. Its one of our favourite brews so we figured we'd brew it in the UK, too! Read Less

500,000 rivets. 700,000 parts. 6,000 craftsmen. That was the dedication that went into building a Douglas DC-3 in the 1940s – including Betsy, Cathay Pacific’s very first aircraft.

This beer is a homage to the heart and soul poured into the original Betsy. Flavours of mandarin orange, lovingly tuned for altitude; with the finest barley and hops, carefully balanced for depth and aroma.

The result is a handcrafted Pale Ale that tastes great anywhere, but really takes off at 35,000 feet.  Read Less

Totally Tropical Sour is a huge beer with bags of pineapple, guava and coconut. This tropical fruit and nut cocktail is perfectly balanced by the kettle soured base, resulting in a delicious journey of fruit flavours.

The purees and coconut addition work together so well, the balance on this beer has astounded us, we can't believe it's 6.5%. However having bench tested a few cans, we can assure you the booze in in there. Be careful with this one, she's lively! Read Less
