"Brewing beer isn't our hobby, it's our Passion" We have the capacity to brew 45 gallons (three 15 gallon brew kettles) at a time. We love to experiment with ingredients. We have nine beers on tap and max out at twelve. Be All of our recipes are original and designed by the Brewmaster and his assistant. We use multiple Chapman stainless steel and one 15 gallon stainless conical fermenters to produce high quality and relatively high ABV beers, most not coming in less that 6% ABV. Show Less
