Tie Dyed started as our summer seasonal. We wanted a beer that had great hop aroma and flavor, but was smoother and easier drinking. Perfect for a hot summers day. It was an instant hit, so we decided to promoted it to year-round! Read Less

Tragically Hopped was designed and brewed as a “classic” Double IPA. We used a blend of Centennial, Simcoe, and Mosaic, at a whopping 3 pounds per barrel in the kettle, and another 3 pounds per barrel as dry hops.We left the crystal malt out of this one, and instead used a combination of Munich and Wheat malt, along with cane sugar to keep the finish clean and dry.

The name Tragically Hopped is a tip of the cap to one of Rob and Lisa’s favorite bands, The Tragically Hip. Read Less
