A very British IPA, bitter finish but with a decent malt sweetness. There is a hoppy fruit and spice, could do with more resin. Seems to be all late addition kettle hops rather than dry hop. Needs a bigger all round hop character

By far the best GS beer. Blackcurrant and vanilla both nicely evident and balanced with rich chocolate. I expect the diacetyl works well to also balance the acidity. Would love to try on cask. Best served at room temp
