Triangles está de regreso pero esta vez en latas de 330ml y se ven hermosas! Nuestra clásica hazy session IPA rankea alto dentro de las favoritas de la casa y marca todos los puntos que buscamos en las session IPAs que bebemos cuando queremos una birra bien potente de sabor manteniendo una baja graduación.

Utilizando uno de nuestros combos de lúpulos favorito, Mosaic y BRU-1 en partes iguales tanto en la parte caliente como fría. esto logra montones de aromas a piña madura y mango apenas abierta.

Seguido por las notas más resinosas y herbales de Mosaic para darle otra dimensión a la experiencia de lúpulo. Esto, acompañado de un cuerpo suave pero no demasiado dulce gracias a una sustanciosa adición de trigo y avena y un poco de maltodextrina para darle ese toque «masticable».

Golden promise es el hilo conductor en este coro de maltas dandole el perfil de malta ligero que asegura el balance. Triangles es una birra para todo momento, ideal para petar la nevera! Read Less

It's been a few years since we released a batch of Double Soup and considering we are brewing all things Soup inspired we figured it was high time we brought this back and gave it an 2022 update. Packed with all of the Citra and Mosaic that you can imagine, this is just oozing tropical, stone fruit and citrus. We hit it with three different hop formats at three stages during fermentation to really weave the deep fruit flavours in. Two separate Citra and Mosaic Spectrum additions during fermentation lay an already massive mango, pineapple and peach foundation before we added both T90 and Cryo pellets of those two modern classic hops post fermentation. The latter additions really saturate the hop profile into an overripe tropical, stone fruit bonanza. The malt base on this version of Double Soup reflects our current DIPA's, loaded with flaked wheat and oats to overdrive that creamy, silky body. Read Less

Our newest West Coast IPA to come off the line is Santako. We've based this on one of our recent WCIPA's, Plasticity, but have replaced the Cascade portion of the dry hop with Amarillo to push the orangey citrus character further. Combined with Citra, Simcoe and Columbus the aroma immediately presents plenty of dank pine resin, marijuana, orange and grapefruit zest and some slight peachiness. The initial taste follows with more citrus and a little kiss of sweetness before finishing with a dry and firm bitterness that does't overstep the mark. The body is on the leaner, drier side yet with the little addition of a very light caramel malt, a slight sweet touch blends with the bitter finish to give some of that sticky, oily, resinous character that we love in West Coast IPA. This is a west coast IPA designed with drinkibility in mind and what's more it's even celiac-friendly. Read Less

Play the hits they said. Well here they are. A low abv, refreshing summer sour that combines two fan favourite fruits: raspberry and passion fruit. Our usual gluten free base is assaulted with lots of juicy raspberry and then amplified with tart passion fruit.
P9 is named after the nickname we gave to our new bar down in the beach of Poblenou, and it has a lot to do with it. Summery, Easygoing and chill but full of flavour and takes you straight away to the beach with the first sip. Packed with raspberries and passion fruit, this pink sour fills a beautiful porron that screams Barcelona all the way. grab a can and travel with us to P9 Beach at least with your tastebuds. Salud! Circus Tears was probably the first venture into real pastry territory for us at Garage and it was a real crowd pleaser so we figured it was time for a revisit. The malt bill remains the same with its complex notes of dark chocolate, coffee and dried red fruits. The only difference in this brew is that in the intervening years we have found better quality vanilla which really stars in this beer enhancing all of the other luxurious flavours and rounding out the body. Combined with the pistachio nuts and milk sugar you get a pistachio ice cream float type of feeling that we really dig. Read Less

This was never going to be anything other than a ridiculously heavily hopped monster and that is exactly what this DIPA is. Dosed at three stages with Mosaic Spectrum, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic T90, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin this DIPA is all things passion fruit, mango skin, pink grapefruit, jolly rancher, Sauv Blanc and pine. We have a couple of riffs on our classic Soup IPA for this years Soup Day. This one sees the ABV boosted to 7% to support the extra dry hopping that we have attacked it with. Hopped in whirlpool and dry hopped in two stages with equal additions of the classic Citra and Mosaic combo and the guest hop here: Riwaka. This incredible hop from New Zealand is a real favourite here adding its unique blend of passion fruit and citrus along with that signature NZ twang that makes these hops so exciting. This beer will have you belching grapefruit, mango, passion fruit and weed. That's the goal, right? Read Less

We have made a huge amount of changes in how we brew lagers down through the years and have played around with various experimental batches of Pils (more of them to come) and we are proud to bring you RIBA. A true northern German Style Pilsner. Brewing great Pils is about paying attention to all of the small details and being meticulous in process. To that extent we start with 100% reverse osmosis water to allow a water profile perfect for brewing this style. Adding in only the necessary minerals allows us to achieve the crisp and soft palate that a beer like this should have. Then we use 100% Pilsner malt from Bamberg to give gentle bready notes. Hop selection sees a trifecta of absolutely stellar German hops. Two classic noble hops; Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang provide beautiful herbal, floral and slight lemon zest notes which are perfectly complimented by a more modern German variety; Saphir. A delightful hop that marries some classic noble like characteristics with zingy tangerine notes. While not dry hopped, we pack the whirlpool full of these hops so this beer is not short on hop character. The beer is cast away to fermentation where it meets our house bavarian lager yeast. We ferment this as low as possible for a long slow fermentation that yields an extremely clean and crisp pils once the extended lagering process is complete. Towards the end of fermentation the beer gets spunded to achieve an elegant carbonation. Read Less

We’ve joined forces with our Irish family and all out «great bunch of lads» Whiplash for this beautiful DIPA. Both breweries love a bit of dankness combined with juice so this DIPA is a mash up of Garages Lost in the Shuffle and Whiplash Drone Logic. And that means a DIPA that is heavy on Simcoe! Joined by plenty of Strata and just a touch of Idaho 7 this is big pink grapefruit, pineapple, pine resin and a little stone fruit. Packing our mash tun with a dangerous amount of wheat and oats (just because Whiplash never shut up about how there mash filter can handle all sorts of silly grists) this is super soft, silky and dangerously drinkable.
