A different take on the Belgian Wit style that boosts bolder flavours and a fuller body than usual.
A light, dull orange appears in the glass, topped with an eggshell white foam cap. The beer is fairly hazy and has a decent head retention.
The nose presents aromas of ripe banana, apricot preserve, spicy clove, coriander seed, perfumy citrus zest, white wheat breads with subtle pine and thyme following closely behind.
Most of these notes continue into the flavour while the pine and thyme morph into eucalyptus and the white bread into bread crusts.
Medium light in body, medium to medium low in carbonation, medium low in bitter and soft in texture. The eucalyptus and spicy clove linger in the finish, drying the palate and inviting you to take another sip. Read Less

This bright and tart Matcha Sour was brewed with the newly discovered Philly yeast, resulting in tons of citrus and stone fruit notes. The beer pours a beautiful warm orange with a streak of golden yellow along the edge of the glass. It’s fairly hazy, topped with fluffy white foam and has a remarkably long head retention. In the aroma we find peach candies, orange marmalade, lime zest, ripe apricot and a light caramel. The flavour continues with these notes and here the earthy and grassy matcha appears. A smooth tartness joins in, enhancing the citrus and stone fruit flavours. Medium light in body, medium high in carbonation, minimal bitter and dry finish all add to this beer's extreme drinkability. This bright Session IPA pours a light amber color with a shade of orange. It displays a light haziness and is topped by a fluffy, white head. The aroma starts off with fuzzy peaches, lime zest, orange, green melon rind, Graham cracker and has a light earthy note. These continue in the flavour where the biscuit transforms into caramel, and is met with a leafy herb note and a mild minerality. Dry, medium light in body, medium high carbonation and finishes with an assertive and herbal bitter. Read Less

An elegant Tripel that presents complex fruit and spice notes. The appearance presents a beautiful golden yellow with an orange hue, great clarity, smooth white foam and a good head retention. In the aroma there’s stewed pear, peach preserve, lemon zest, light clove, bread yeast and a subtle candied mango note. Fairly dry in flavour with the spice becoming more prominent here. Medium low in body, medium in carbonation, low in bitter and a light spiciness in the finish. Read Less

An obvious American style Pale Ale brewed to resemble the old school beers that led the Craft Beer Revolution.
In the glass this beer presents a stunning amber orange color topped with an eggshell white foam cap. There is no haze to be found here, the beer is crystal clear.
Moving on to the aroma we find a combination of toffee and caramel, joined by lemon- and grapefruit rind and a touch of forest floor. The flavour follows these notes along with hints of a tannic brewed coffee and dried fruits. The mouthfeel is soft and a moderate bitter appears after the swallow.
Medium to medium-light in body, medium carbonation and medium to medium-high bitter. A pithy bitter alongers in the finish along with toffee and that forest floor note. Read Less

This old school Imperial Stout combines big flavours with an easy drinkability.
Underneath the tall and dense moocha collored foam appears a beer as black as the night. It’s head retention is impressive; the tall cap lasts for several minutes and throughout the drinking experience the beer maintains a small head.
In the aroma there’s bold notes of dark chocolate, brewed coffee and a hint of toasted flaked coconut. In the flavour, when these notes are met with bitterness, they transform into bitter chocolate and espresso, creating something reminiscent of a chocolate covered coffee bean. In addition earthy notes of forest floor and mildly spicy peppers come through.
The beer is medium-light to light in body, medium in carbonation and medium to medium-high in bitter. The earthy bitter lingers in the finish asking for a bite of chocolate or a few dried cherries.
