Take a ‘Go bananas’ cronut from Saint Croissant, bring in lord of imperial stout’s, Emperor’s Brewing, and smash everything together. The result is this monsterly decadent pastry stout with additions of peanut, biscoff and plenty of cacao nibs sitting on a complex stout base, all playing support to a huge banana puree addition to ensure this stout smells like someone dropped all of their foam bananas in your beer (because they pretty much did). We first met Damian (Emperors) back in 2018 at a tap takeover in Buxton. Fast forward a couple of years and Damian re-appears on our radar as the only private collector in the world to hold kegs of our imperial porter Lorelei.

Fast forward a couple of more years and Damian brews some of the best imperial stouts we’ve had. The beer we brewed together is loosely based on one of them called DENGAR's DAMSON STOUT.

UK malts and continuously brewed over 48 hours. Double mashed into our oversized mash tun at the church and boiled for over 5 hour, yielding an unbelievably thick and rich body.

Conditioned on Tahitian vanilla beans and toasted coconut from the Philippines. Read Less

A collaboration with Emperor's Brewery, based in Coalville home of the original UK Star Wars toy factory Palitoy, Emperors have some of the top-rated beers in the world on Untappd.

Lots of sour cherries and cacao nibs go into this luscious and decadent imperial stout. Flavours of molasses and dark chocolate from the crystal and roasted malts combine with a sweetness from the huge grist and sourness from the fresh cherries to make a beer lightspeeds ahead of previous stouts.

Our annual epic tribute to Dark & Wild is back with THREE breweries joining forces with us on a Maple Pecan Pie Stout.

To Øl are one of Denmark’s most acclaimed breweries, famed for their brewhouse and hoppy beers. Third Moon, from Ontario, Canada, are committed to make beer styles and flavours not seen very often. Finally, our third collab brewery is Emperors, who have an ambition to make the greatest imperials stouts the galaxy has ever seen.

This is a pastry stout loaded with cacao nibs, freshly roasted coffee from North Star and finished off Pecan and Maple.

Dark, rich, thick, with additional flavours of chocolate, coffee, caramel and a bit of dark dried fruits to add to the maple and pecan. Read Less
