This shouldn't really be on sale. Major faults. Mouse, it's been sat on the dead yeast too long, and it's also turned to vinegar. Not just a hint of ascetic like a farmhouse cider, proper vinegar.

It's got the sourness like a good Lambic beer has.

Lemon with a light haze. Lemony aroma and flavour. Sharp with a touch of VA lemon and green apple forward. Got to like an acidic green apple.

Baked apple aromas, touch of cinnamon. Taste is stewed apple, apple vinegar. Lacks depth. Had to try it though.

Very hazy greenish lemon colour. Aroma of green apple sweets and juice. Bone dry with a touch of VA/acetic and a high level of acidity to the fore. a little tough to drink more than a half….I’d hazard a guess there is quite a bit of Bramley here
