Very solventy character. Spicy, with some lightly fruity elements. Alcohol warmth is very present, even though the abv isn't enormous.

The wine is pretty obvious, making it nicely refreshing. Wood, stone fruit, citrus. Clear, golden.

Marcel Haas is drinking a Gluhwijze Dromen by Eco-dreamer at Untappd at Home
Winter spices like cinnamon, clove and star anise I guess are permitted when you call the beer Gluhwijze. Banana in de background. Clove prominent, especially in the mouth. Cinnamon dominant in the nose especially after warming up. Highly carbonated.

Marcel Haas is drinking a Limited Edition Kampvuur Dromen by Eco-dreamer at Untappd at Home
A dry refresher by the campfire. Strongly smoky, but very pleasant. Dry, highly carbonated and fluffy white foam. Very pale yellow, almost clear. Saison yeast character shines through underneath the pale smoke.

Gekocht op een lokale farmers market. Fris blond biertje met een ietwat droge afdronk. Lekker bittertje erbij.
