Old Center Stout aged a few months in a 2nd use Iron Fish Rum-finished Whiskey barrel. Aging did not help out. Pleasant chocolate malt notes are gone. Bitter baking chocolate now. The whiskey presence faded to an earthy wood whiskey. Good, not tasty good.
