I've always wondered how you can get such a low percentage alcohol (3.8%) in a cider. What do they do/ allowed to do? It's drinkable but somehow something is missing.

We might have gotten a bad bottle but this is very barnyard with a hint of enteric, and incredibly dry - no hint of apple at all. Not sure I'll finish it (and we split the bottle)
