Wow! Smooth, boozy in the front but raisin and sweet caramel for the finish. Still a little hot if you let it warm up. Not super thin, but not syrupy. So flavorful!! This is awesome. Well done.

I like it!. Creme brulee burnt sugar and dark fruit. Not much barrel but I am getting a nice roasty (almost bitter) finish from the stout (I'm guessing). Also it hides the abv too well..might wanna measure it again 🤪🤪
