Interesting. Toffee, toasted caramel, orange peel is a bit more subtle here than I'd personally want, but this does come across as at least reminiscent of an Old Fashioned. Would probably be very good if bourbon barrel aged.

This is great, actually! Getting a lot of grapefruit, and a long, persistent, very Malört-focused bitterness on the finish, while dialing the intense aggressiveness of Malört back a bit.
