Doing some cleaning, brew is refreshing and nice as the weather gets warmer.

Light, refreshing, fruit (like pears), Belgian-esk

Had one mistery bottle on my shelf, thought it might be this brew. Has a good sweet with pepper bite from the medley of ghost, hab, jalapeno, and pablanos. Has roast and chocolate as well.

Drinking some of the wild blonde (need to fix in listing) I created using hops from the garden and wild yeast spun up from spontaneous fermentation. Crisp with Belgian esters, clean, and hints of fruit (like pears).

Tart, fruit, holiday aromatics strong

Opening my first bottle, brewed this winter of 2018, was aging in the fermenter, with wood, chocolate mint, and lingonberries since winter of 2019. Brewed with spruce tips with some light hops. Light carbonation, fruit, roast, and chocolate comes out.

Malty and chocolate comes out, Bock bite and strong. Enjoying it more.

Chocolate malty nice, aged well

Malty chocolate sweet, with pepper bite on the back, smooth but warms.

Brewed in 2016 carboy aged, chocolate comes out and strong

Test ale from wild yeast, yeast brought out fruit and some Belgian esters.

Semi sweet pub English style cider

Pretty indicative of a standard cider from the British Isles. Body with sweet and bite. Enjoyable.

Just a week of bottle conditioning, Belgianie, esters, some mild tart and fruit. Light session-able brew.
