Light and almost a little thin but good tropical fruit notes with a lingering bitterness.

Good first effort for a core brew but a light oxidisation has added a light sherry sourness that shouldn’t be there. Still subtle though, and mostly covered by the tropical fruit taste.

Went waaaaaay too far with the bitterness! Coconut flavour in bags though, still very drinkable
