Debster Brewing

Didnt keep up so well as the other. Smooth but also some old age flavour.

This kept up really well. Would like to rebrew this.

The orange is still there!

All orange and phenols gone, but underneath there is a solid beer.

Holding up well!

Malt backbone got less. Good herbal bitterness. Nice aroma.

Lost some puch.

Galaxy brings the fruitiness, PoR a nice earthiness. ends very dry and bitter.

Really good brew. Nice n'dry. 3.8

Fantastic brew! Great clean hop profile, with a well rounded bitterness

This was much more bitter than the POR versions. Really enjoyed this. Fruity, long lasting. Proper.

We did this with two different yeast. One developed potent carbonation. Balanced, slight herby bitterness. Was popular at S&J's wedding

on the right. earthy aromas. a lot dryer and tarter than it's twin. still very enjoyable!

on the left. good PA, maris otter is there also the fruitiness from the galaxy and topaz hops. I could drink some more!
