Deal's Orchard

Deal’s Orchard is a family owned and operated apple orchard located in Jefferson, Iowa. For four generations, the Deals have produced top quality apples and apple cider. Starting in late August the cider press gets cranked up two or three times each week to make our award-winning blend of fresh apple cider, yielding 30,000 to 35,000 gallons per year. (Watching the cider-making process is one of the highlights for many visitors each year during tours.) It was not until 2010 that we ventured into hard cider production. It did not take us long to discover that our delicious sweet cider also made delicious hard cider. Each year has seen an increase in production, as well as flavors offered.
