Tasting so good. A great brew.

Lovely stuff yeno. Darkened a lot but flavour enhanced.

Delicious! Getting better as well. Those cacao nibs in the keg was a master stroke.

Happy with this. Nice and easy. Not too much of each adjunct coming through. Very dry too. But easy drinking and will be nice to smash through over Xmas.

Still tasting good. Slightly oxidised but nowhere near usual.

Soooo good. Hard to say it’s a 4.25 after a don’t tell gus. But it’s tasting free eat. Not the best ipa I’ve made but it’s definitely up there.

YESSSS! So fucking good. Bitterness is there, simcoe shining through. Few more days in the keg and we’re on a winner.

Standing up well to the test of time. Ceanberry more prominent. Nice and smooth.

Tasting great. Nice mouthfeel, smooth, nice carb definitely would never do a berry stout like ever again. But it scratched an itch yet again.

Tasting good. Cranberry coming through nice, some kind of sugary bubblegum coming through from the cranberry flavouring. Bit dry

Prominent black lime. Really thin though. Defo a 2023 rebrew coming, but still happy with the flavours in this. The black lime is so good, surprised it isn’t used more in beers, think it would work so well in a gose!!

And that’s the end of that. What a beer I made. So happy with how that turned out. Will make another version for the next Tory politician that fucks the country even further.

what a beer I’ve made here. Sour, seeet candied strawberry and a nice kick of vanilla. Definitely got better as the kegs gone on. Trumps the 2 Eton mess beers I’ve had !

Executed this beer perfectly you know. That powdered strawberry was a stroke of genius.

Tasting amazing. Been left to settle for a month or two and it’s tasting unreal. Loads of sweet strawberry !

Just a lovely easy drinking IPA. Lime shines with some creaminess. Not getting much vanilla.
