The Equatorial is a collaborative beer between Daryl's Urban Ales, That Singapore Beer Project, and iBrew Challenge 2018 Best-of-Show homebrewer, Kaihan. Due to juicy esters from a Norwegian Farmhouse yeast and a generous heaping of Citra and Mosaic, Equatorial drinks like a tropical fruit salad of mangoes, apricots, and pineapples that punches through the palate with a subdued bitter bite.
