First taste - wish I made more. 😂 I feel like im in a Scottish village. Very mild chocolate and peaty aromas. Crosses over with the taste. Soft finish. Toffee on exit. Very dangerous ABV that hides it well. Ill be brewing this again!
First tasting - loads of plum, raisin, a little raspberry fruitiness and pretty smooth for the style. Sweet but not cloying. Finished drier than expected. A very mild bitterness. Moderately carbonated. Id add more dark malt next time. Will let it age now.Earned the 99 Bottles (Level 54) badge! Earned the Dubbel, Tripel and Quad Oh My! (Level 3) badge!
Sorry Dai, I did fault, I forgot it in the freezer. And we had it uncarbonated.Earned the Riding Steady (Level 5) badge! Earned the Photogenic Brew (Level 15) badge! Earned the 99 Bottles (Level 10) badge! Earned the Fruits of Your Labor (Level 2) badge!
This half of the batch was properly carbed. (Unlike the overcarbed first half) Dark, roasty, malty and full. Enough bitterness. Would have been better pumped through a beer engine but really enjoy it. Exactly to style for an Welsh cask FE Stout.Earned the Untappd at Home (Level 65) badge! Slightly loss of balance in case of salt and acid for gose style. Very refreshing, like lemonade. Great for summer! Easy to drink.

I love the smell of sabro. Bru1 reminds me of pineapples without the acidity. My favourite brew of recent times that was a fruity beer. No bitterness. Its kept amazing fresh... I’ve cracked bottling New England style finally. Great in this heat 🌞🔥🍺🇬🇪Earned the 99 Bottles (Level 48) badge! Earned the Haze for Days (Level 14) badge!
