Bottle 135/300 Thought I’d crack this as my dad is here. Rich, unctuous, figs, dates, bitter chocolate, underlying sweetness, well balanced, bourbon comes through nicely, lovely warming finish. Very complex, layers of flavour. She’s a sipper. Delicious 🍻
