Almost turned into like a biere d’garde, it’s good, heavyish, lots of brett

I don’t know, maybe I’m drunk, nose was killer, flavors were muted by malt

This is a killer twist on a saison! Bright flavors with a little bit of funk and a thicc body. All bout it.

I’ll be honest, this is the best beer I have ever made. It tastes like a Brett or mixed culture saison with body, not super crisp or light, but full bodied, the Brett nose is on point, subtle funk follows through, I’m only getting better at brewing

Not sure what we tasted a few weeks ago, but this is fucking awesome, perfect pumpkin spice and bourbon oak blend, I wish they all tasted like this, a year in the bottle did this right, wow, fucking dope, a ton of flavor matches the nose, damn it’s good

Hmmmm... smokey, oakey, a little clove on the nose, it’s ok
