Ronan’s Reserve is a tribute to tradition, time, and legacy—brewed in honor of a new life and crafted with the patience such a milestone deserves. Inspired by old-world British customs, where families would brew a strong ale at the birth of a child and cellar it until they came of age, this beer carries that same spirit of celebration across generations.
Patiently aged for over a year in an oak foeder with wild Brett yeast orignally discovered in English Oak, this old ale developed deep layers of character. Notes of dark fruit, leather, and caramelized sugar mingle with the rustic funk and subtle tartness imparted by the wild fermentation. After its long rest, the aged beer is carefully blended with fresh ale, bringing balance and vibrancy back to the glass while preserving the depth earned through time. Cheers to Ronan Cooper!
