Definitely got a bit of old hop taste (although it's mainly just in the aroma). Still quite a chilled out fruity, traditional pale though. Would be a good hop for a cask golden ale I'm sure

The Mand Bav has given this a really nice leading marmalade flavour. There is some mustiness from Progress and Palisade, but not as much as I was expecting. It's more come through as bitterness which is much more palatable. Surprisingly intense for 6%

A lot thicker than the kernel, but has all the right roasty nutty flavour. Some acid sadly but stable head and dark with hops. 2200th beer

Surprisingly like a Kernel Porter! Dark, thick and roasty with lots of good hop flavour. Unfortunately this beer had some issues with fermentation and ended up a bit acidic, but it's still alright overall
