Draft. Pours amber orange with a white head. Wheaty and a little bready, with some mild caramel sweetness, mild flowery notes, and a relatively clean finish. Good stuff; quite drinkable.

Draft. Pours hazed golden orange with a white head. Fruity hops, mild bitterness, some light citric notes, and a relatively balanced finish. Fine.

Draft. Pours hazed amber orange with a white head. Some fruity hops, light yeasty notes, candy-sweet malts, mild bitterness, and mild herbal notes. Not bad.

Draft. Pours deep brown with a beige head. Rich chocolate malts, some acrid bitterness, faint vinegar, and dry dusty cocoa powder. Not bad, I guess.

Draft. Pours hazed gold with a white head. Mild fruity hops, low bitterness, faint grainy notes, and a relatively clean and balanced finish. Pretty good.

Draft. Pours hazed gold with a white head. A little bit of a wheaty base, some citric hops, mild-moderate bitterness, and a crisp hoppy finish. Good stuff; could do some serious damage drinking this.

Draft. Pours golden orange with a white head. Crisp flowery hops, a grainy base, mild bitterness, some peppery notes, and a relatively dry finish. Solid.

Draft. Pours hazed gold with a white head. Smoked malts and wheat, mild sweetness, nice oak-smoked notes, and lighter flowery notes. Good stuff from start to finish; very drinkable.

Draft. Pours golden orange with a white head. Flowery and lightly sweet, mild malty toffee notes, a little hoppy bitterness, and a balanced finish. Fine.

Draft. Pours hazed gold with a white head. Bready and fresh, with mild floral bitterness, and a very clean finish. Super drinkable.

Draft. Pours muddy brown with a beige head. Rich dark malts, some earthy hops, mild bitterness, and a balanced finish. Not bad.

Draft. Pours hazed gold with a white head. Kinda fruity hops, mild-moderate bitterness, and some marmalade and melon. Fine.

Loved ChuckAlek beers & brewery. Still crushed they are no longer. This one needed to be consumed and it it was damn good!

Found two bottles way in the back of the beer closet. From 2017, Still with a hefty amount of carbonation, prune, plum, cherry/almond, leather, cigar, woody and even a fair amount of earthy hops. Finishes sweet, but not hot or boozy.

This was my favorite brewery and just happen to be from my hometown of Ramona, California. I just moved and have no space at my new place so I’m drinking some beers I had saved. Tonight it was this amazing Sour Blonde that still held up 5 years later.
