Mark H. is drinking a Solera Two by Chorlton Brewing Company
Mineral sour zesty nose. Medium carb. Juicy stone fruit, apricot, peach up front with a pithy proper sour end. Buttery body. Long dry finish. Absolutely superb now it's mellowed out. Shame it's my last.

Mat H. is drinking a Smoked Apple Sour by Chorlton Brewing Company
Dec 18. Keg. Wild apple orchard aroma. Almost completely flat. Some light green apple to taste, tired fruit juice, some umami notes, leafy with a gentle sour element. Lacks a bit of life.
Mat H. is drinking a Black Mandarina Sour by Chorlton Brewing Company
Oct 18. Keg @ Pint Shop Birmingham. Aroma is rich, soy, roast, dark berries. Taste continues with a rich dark soy character, bitter roast, oak, some vegetal notes, light sour edge. Bit too harsh and rich.
Mat H. is drinking a Mosaic Oatmeal Sour by Chorlton Brewing Company
June 18. Keg. A touch fuzzy, low sour in character, nice mosaic exotics, clementine, a little tangy with some grain, yoghurt, barnyard but ultimately a bit lacklustre.
Mat H. is drinking a Märzen Weisse by Chorlton Brewing Company
June 18. 660ml bottle. Aroma has green walnuts and unclear funk. Strange sweet nutty taste, mild saffron and very mild sour funk. Not into this I'm afraid, bit odd and lacking clarity.

richard is drinking a Dark Matter (2016) by Chorlton Brewing Company at boothys bar
Aroma is ever so slight cider vinegar and lots of sherry. Weird taste going on in the background. I expected a more rounded booziness. Maybe wasn't one to stick at the back of the cupboard

Gary M. is drinking a Märzen Weiße 2018 Black Truffle by Chorlton Brewing Company at Untappd at Home
Flat no carbonation looks like a still cider & there is hints of that in the initial taste, with some orange fruit in the mix although on the nose it's white wine. There's a sourness to this but it's quite restrained with slight white wine vinegar note
Gary M.: this recedes slightly bringing in an earthy nutty sweet flavour with a young ramson leaf tang on the tip of the tongue. The overall impression is a delicate & complex sour with both sweet & savoury elements which was pleasant but also intriguing.
