A little bit sweet, a little bit sour. This corn-based ale owes its lineage and inspiration to a traditional Peruvian corn beer typically brewed in huts by women who have had recipes passed down for generations. First, we did a slight kettle sour, then we added some grains of paradise and conditioned the beer on copious amounts of pink guava, Light but packed with flavor, Contains no saliva, but does contain some lactose to keep the brew from becoming too dry, as this beer is traditionally consumed during active fermentation.
