Medium amber, clear. Malty with caramel character and sweetness. Strength you feel at 9% octane, but never boozy. Finish creeps awfully close to that syrupy or cloying line but stays away. Nice

A blend of their Vienna lager and their doppelbock, with peanut butter (extract) tossed in too. They have several beers like that (IPA + porter??) Weird but they are "Chimera". And it actually kinda works. Malty sweetness with some salty notes. Nice

First sip is a delightful mix of hoppy and malty. It’s getting me where I need to go. I support and independent brewery you can’t tell me I don’t. Would drink again but make it the fourth drink it’ll be even better trust me. “That really is a beer!”

First sip is very hearty. Very foamy. A little earthy in a good way. Still a delight halfway in - word to the wise you’ll want to try this beer if you happen to be in Castle Shannon. Not sure why you would be but this one gets a solid B. Some say viscous.
