So this extra pale ale spent a year aging in Water Pocket Distilling’s barrel-aged Triple Sec. it’s quite a nice marriage of orange peel, spice, hints of whiskey and a very nice maltiness. Oak rounds out the flavors & hides the 9% ABV well. Worth yer time
