Chxs is drinking an American IPA by Dimenna Brewing Co.
Mucha manteca, diacetilo, que esta más presente en boca que en aroma. Si bien hay frutado y citrico, lo anterior tapa bastante

Michael Burmil is drinking an American IPA by Dimenna Brewing Co.
Not the best smelling Dimenna beer but it looks great in the glass. It smells like Argentina hops, so maybe it’s an American style IPA. Dusty and dry, the fruitiness of last week is mostly gone.

As smooth as a baby’s bottom. Spicy, lemon and papaya hops. Crisp and dry finish. Perfect summer beer.
Michael Burmil is drinking a Wheatwine by Dimenna Brewing Co.
My fav style is BW, maybe because there are so few Wheatwines. This one is smooth with apricot and vanilla. It is on the sweet side and could use a different hop profile to balance it out but it’s a nice beer. The trademark Dimenna head is lasting.

Sharp hop bite with a dry, lemon finish. Another great looking beer from Dinenna.

The next Mexican Lager I drink, will be in Sinaloa. Probably a Pacifico Clara. The beer is better in CABA, but the tacos…oh the tacos. Soon
Michael Burmil is drinking a Mr. APA by Dimenna Brewing Co.
Dimenna continues to impress with great looking beer in the glass. Subtle but solid flavors that let you enjoy the gentle nuances of each style. They speak loudly while whispering.

The aroma is somehow both soft & “creamy”, citrus and fragrant. The flavor is a cornucopia of peach, tangerine and papaya.
Michael Burmil is drinking a German Pils by Dimenna Brewing Co.
I want to like this beer more. Unfortunately, it kinda tastes like an adjunct lager. Nothing of note worth mentioning. It is why a Pilsner is the most difficult style to make.

Lots to find wrong with this beer that are easily corrected. Wrong yeast and hops don’t work. Smells like my first home brew attempt at a Tripel. It’s no wonder the dude on the label hides his identity.

I don’t see Dimenna beers around CABA too much, which is a shame. These guys are better than 90% of what is available. This is a clean but complex brew. A month old, delicious
Michael Burmil is drinking a Red IPA by Dimenna Brewing Co.
Dimenna beers usually look good in the glass and this one’s no exception. Lasting light tan head. Nice, hoppy aroma and bitterness matches the sweet malt bill.

Resinous with pineapple and guyaba. Solid white head, medium dry finish. Nice balance for a West Coast. Good job.
Michael Burmil is drinking a Que El último Apague La Luz by Dimenna Brewing Co.
Bright with lightly sweet orange and tangerine notes. Good head retention and a clean, dry finish. One of their better beers.

Nice carbonation. Lasting head. Bring it’s supposed to be strong and hoppier than its IPA cousin, it’s maltier. Tasty though
Michael Burmil is drinking a Choconut Porter by Dimenna Brewing Co.
The lactose is more apparent than anything, maybe a little chocolate. If there’s coffee, I don’t get any of it. It has a hop bite but overall, meh.
Muy rica. Altísima tomabilidad, buena carga de lúpulos. Me encantó.
