Second last bottle of the best homebrew to date. Sad face.

Pleasantly surprised! Good job guys!!

This homebrew keeps getting better. So bitter, so good.

Nose has gotten better, hops slightly more subdued. Citrusy, bitter & delicious.

First homebrew I brewed with a friend and its (easily) the best yet! Hop bomb of intense bitterness. We did good, Steve!

Earned the Hopped Up (Level 13) badge!

Last bottle of homebrew #4. A year old, and still a helluva lot better than a lot of "premium domestic" brews. A little oxidized though..

Homebrew #4 - bottled Aug 2014. Hop profile has deteriorated expectedly. 2 bottles remain.

Homebrew #4 - nicely carb'd but a little sweet. I hate priming sugar.

Upped my rating as this homebrew is imrpoving since bottling a few months ago. Carb is up!

Homebrew #4: clearest of my homebrews, decently carbonated, I'm pretty happy with this brew. Single-hopped with Ella.

We have carbonation! Homebrew #4 is a single-hop pale ale featuring Ella hops. Could still definitely use some fine-tuning, but still good!

Homebrew #1 - This beer has in fact gotten much better with 6 months in the bottle. Carb'd and loaded at 8.5%.

Last bottle of #homebrew #3. Sad to see it go. If I hadn't horribly over-carbonated this brew, it could have been that much more enjoyable.

Enjoying a homebrew after a long day of homebrewing.

Homebrew #1 - 4.5 months in the bottle; 2 months since I last opened a bottle. Carbonation has come around. Still too sweet.

Homebrew #3: would taste that much better on a patio on a hot day. But a cloudy Friday morning will do.
