Well, we tucked some of that Peanut Buttery goodness away in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels, hid them in the barrel house... and we waited. Then we waited some more, tasted them and decided it was time! Now dubbed El Rio, full fledged barrel-aged Bale is ready for you! Peanut Butter, Caramel, Vanilla and backed up by some serious bourbon barrel character.

Collaboration Double IPA with our Oxnard pals, Casa Agria Specialty Ales. A beautiful grist bill that includes a large percentage of Optic heirloom British base malt as well as a solid helping of flaked rye establishes a soft, biscuity background to layer hops. An arsenal of hops, that is. Citra & Mosaic cryo along with El Dorado, Denali & Eureka hops. Result yields aromatics and flavors of strawberry, pineapple, honeydew melon and an underlying dankness reminiscent of fresh, purple nugs.

A wild ale aged in oak, brewed with Casa Agria Specialty Ales. v
The Nord, was as always inoculated in our coolship. After fermentation began in oak barrels, we added a small culture of wild yeast and bacteria from Casa Agria. Likewise, after inoculating their beer with their native yeast and pitched cultures, Casa Agria added some slurry of yeast and bacteria that we pulled from a couple of our older barrels once their fermentation had begun. It is a delicious and aromatic exploration of similarities and differences. Ingredients local to each of us, yeast and bacteria shared along with recipe, yet different outcomes. Read Less

Brewed in collaboration with Casa Agria Specialty Ales, this beer is combo of our Hazy IPA recipes showcasing bright and vibrant tropical flavors with a touch of rye to add some complexity. We splurged on the dry hop and dug into the small stash of Galaxy hops that we were able to obtain this year. Overall the hop bill for this beer was a 6.6 lb/bbl combo of Galaxy, Idaho 7, Citra and Vic Secret. The flavor profile is reminiscent of a big glass of spiked pineapple juice, the stuff you used to drink back in the college days. We are extremely proud of how this collaboration turned out and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. Read Less

Infinite Sunrise, a table strength barrel fermented saison with pineapple, fresh lime juice and Tajin. Brewed in August of 2018 with our good friends at Casa Agria, it was fermented and aged in wine barrels for 11 months before being conditioned on pineapple purée where it was let to ferment out for an additional 6 weeks. Finally finished on Tajín and fresh lime juice, it’s been conditioning in bottles since September ‘19. This beer reminds us of camps after Live@5:45, freshly Tajín dusted pineapple cubes, and a weird pineapple Bloody Mary. Read Less

Golden straw in color, bright and aromatic, with light notes of sage on the nose. Highly effervescent, with a deep complex finish from wildflower honey from Mikolich Farms in Temecula.
