Our second attempt at brewing this American Pale. Solid no fuss ale, Caramel malt with a dry bitterness to finish. Bottle conditioned on 2nd Feb so maybe a bit young we’ll see what another week does.

Not what I was expecting but still a reasonable beer. Perhaps needs an enhancement on the fruity tones and a touch less bitterness, although the bitterness seemed about right when it was optimum temperature. Blame my daughter for the beer warming up!

Initial taste was hoppy and nice, but flavour seemed to disappear quickly. Would happily drink a few in a session. Considering its the first brew it's a great start from them.
