Plenty of key limes in the nose. Flavour has a pretty decent lime character without much lacto, very gentle acidity, and some softness on the palate. Pretty decent for a kettle sour.

473ml bottle @ Matt’s. Pours a hazy golden colour with a large white head. Nose is intense lime and lime skins. Flavour is a great example of key limes and some lactose. Light bodied, ok carbonation, and a mild sweetness with a moderate acidity.
