This Kveik Rye IPA results from some New Zealand hops getting stuck in customs on their way to the polish brewery Pinta. Luckily, we, being located outside the EU, could collect them instead. We liked the NZ hops so much that we wanted to make collab together with Pinta to honor the Hop Detour. The beer really has everything you want from a juicy kveik IPA; tremendous amounts of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Cryo loral, Rye and to top it all off, it’s brewed with Norwegian Kveik Yeast from Voss. Fortune Tamer (Tammer) is a balkan-Baltic porter brewed with 100 KG of Bulgarian figs matured on Bourbon Gold vanilla beans with our Polish friends from Browar Pinta. The beer starts with a big fig honey nut punch, with dark chocolate and fruits then with a big creamy vanilla finish.

We have again committed a deadly sin with Adrian Baxter.

Wrath conjures images of anger, being hot-headed, and fire so it seemed pretty obvious we needed to give a stout some heat; and hence a chilli stout was the natural conclusion.

Another pretty natural pairing with chilli is chocolate, so we loaded the beer with cacao nibs before infusing with an array of chillis, including chipotle and Scotch Bonnet, to deliver a range of spiced, fruited and vegetal character and of course a balanced spicy tingle on the after taste.

Tohle je na jeden rmut dekokčně rmutovaná West Coast IPA ze 100 % humnového plzeňského sladu chmelená americkými a novozélandskými chmely na 100+ IBU. Lidskou řečí: čiré, suché, hořké a voňavé pivo se smetanově bílou pěnou. S klukama z Pinty jsme si řekli, že musíme udělat něco nekonvenčního, třeba spojit tradiční české varní postupy s moderním chmelením - a uvidíme, co to udělá. It’s Gotta Be Something díky tomu získala čisté tělo s adekvátní plností, která vyvažuje výraznou hořkost a zdůrazňuje ovocné aroma plné pomerančů, limet, žlutého melounu a liči.

Collabs are the very best opportunity to try something new. This is single-decocted 100 % floor-malted pilsner malt West Coast IPA with 100+ IBU of American and New Zealand hops. In layman’s terms, it is a clear, dry, bitter and hop-forward beer with a thick white head. With guys from Pinta brewery, we wanted to do something offbeat, combine the traditional Czech brewing process with the modern hopping methods and see what happens. ‘It’s gotta be something’ thus offers a clear base with just enough body to support the mighty bitterness and complement the fruity aroma of orange, lime, honeydew melon and lychee. Cold IPA, 13° Plato, 6.1% ABV. S Pintou jsme udělali víc kolaborací než s jakýmkoliv jiným pivovarem. Jsou to dobří kamarádi a vždy je rádi potkáme, proto, když vyrazili na pár dnů na výlet do Čech, nebylo o čem, muselo se vařit. V souladu se sérií čirých, hořkých piv, kterou si spolu potajmu budujeme, jsme se pustili do něčeho nového – Cold’s Cool je cold IPA s chmely HBC586, Moutere a Nelson Sauvin. Prokvašená, hořká, čirá a hutně nachmelená. Protože takové pivo my rádi.

We’ve done more collaborations with Pinta than with any other brewery. They’re good friends and we always enjoy having them around, so when they dropped by in Prague on their recent Czech trip, there was no way we’d let them pass by without brewing a beer. Sticking to our common theme of clear, bitter beers we’ve been quietly keeping, we went for something new – Cold’s Cool is a cold IPA brewed with HBC 586, Moutere, and Nelson Sauvin. Bone-dry, bitter, clear, and intensely hoppy. Because that’s what we like to drink. Read Less
