With this Summer favourite we aimed to encompass the best flavours of a typical British summertime and throw it into a beer. Inspired by quintessential picnics on the beach, BBQs and countryside adventures and using ingredients synonymous with British summer time, the combination of strawberries and cucumbers evokes memories of sunny afternoons spent with friends and family; just how we want this beer to be enjoyed.

At a session-able 3.8%; it's a perfect summer beer. the strawberry and Lactose provide a rounded sweetness whilst the cucumber adds a refreshing and cooling balance to the complex tartness of our house Lactobacillus. Read Less

We have been working on this beauty ever since we took it to the London Brewers Market back in April. The feedback was phenomenal so we did it again and worked on it to make it even better. We released it in keg and it went down a storm so we went one better and just in time for summer. A Can! A gorgeously designed can by our lovely friend Iris Loi. We launched last Friday at Clapton Craft in Forest Hill and at our Tap Room and they are on general release from this Monday 3rd July.

We used kettle souring techniques to create a tart, mouth puckering hit balanced by sweet and flavoursome rhubarb. At 2.7% ABV it is THE perfect summer quencher. It’s a limited edition release so grab a couple for your summer party or BBQ and enjoy! Read Less

For the latest release in our Sour Series, we Inspired by the ample fruits and herbs found in English woodland during the summer by using raspberries and thyme to create a tart, sweet yet slightly herbal sour.

Tart and sweet from the natural flavour of raspberries, it has a clean and refreshing body, bright pinky/red colour from the fruit additions. The unusual addition of lemon thyme has the soft herbal thyme flavour you would expect, along with a subtle essence of lemon sherbet, all without any of the bitterness you sometimes get from regular thyme.

A Sour New England Pale Ale, this is a beer for fans of hazy, juicy pales and fans of tart, fruity sours. Using a brewing technique called back-souring, by separately brewing a New England Pale Ale and base kettle sour, and then blending them together we have had complete control over the level of acidity and overall balance of the beer.

It’s heavy with tropical fruitiness and extremely refreshing from the slight tartness to lift the juiciness and add a bit of bite. Read Less
