Nez torréfié, en bouche belle rondeur, c'est malté, torréfié, gros chocolat, vineux, carbo maîtrisée, on reste loin du stout sur ce genre de bière, belle découverte

On imagine bien l’objectif premier d’un tel brassin. Sauf que là ça goûte le malt over roasted, qui ne trouve pas sa place entre une texture aqueuse et une finale amère ferreuse. Belle intention mais un peu fragile.
