Right. Firstly, I like the beer. 1. Black IPAs do not exist. You can’t have a black pale ale. 2. IPAs are not 4.6%. 3. The characteristics of an IPA are bitterness and an oily mouthfeel. This has neither. 4. It’s a good, roasty stout.
