Virginia's first urban cidery now open in the Scott's Addition neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia. We focus on using 100% Virginia heirloom and modern apples to produce a wide-range of dry and semi-sweet ciders. We experiment with different apples, yeast, and cidermaking processes to explore the definition of cider.
