Sadly, I wish I had more. Unexpectedly sweet - not coconut sweet. Now I wish I had tasted this fresh because I dont get anything remotely like coconut, haselnuts, or bourbon.

Almost black. Big malty aroma and flavor with light treacle notes. Not getting much bourbon or oak character which is fine by me. Good balance; definitely leans malty and a bit sweet. Medium to full bodied. 🇺🇸🇮🇱

Sadly my last bottle from this homebrewer. The mouthfeel is 100/100 incredible, a delicious creaminess with perfect balance of adjuncts. As the glass lowers, the taste is distinctly more bourbon barrel. This would be a winner in any great brewery.
