La nostra Altrove Saison in versione speciale, maturata per 6 mesi nella migliore botte della nostra barricaia. Secca, aromatica e speziata. Altrove è la meta dei viaggi fatti con la mente, senza muoversi. E' un sogno ad occhi aperti di zucchero filato, frutti esotici, fiori freschi, spezie, musiche dondolanti e grandi imprese. Altrove è la birra di chi ha sempre almeno un progetto, spesso irrealizzabile. Questa versione speciale è maturata in barrique che avevano precedentemente ospitato i vini di una grande casa vinicola di Bolgheri, in Toscana. Questo passaggio esalta il carattere della birra base, rendendola straordinariamente intensa, secca e rotonda. Al palato emergono i delicati sentori del legno, accompagnati da note di spezie e agrumi. Si presta all'invecchiamento. L'etichetta è tratta dal film Fitzcarraldo, di W. Herzog.
